1. Choose pickup and return details
Select your pickup and return locations, dates and times. You can choose our Stalida or Sisi office, Heraklion Airport or Port, and selected hotel-delivery locations. The return must take place at the agreed time and location. A return selected after 09:00 may add an extra rental day.
2. Choose the right vehicle
Use the filters to compare vehicle class, gearbox and fuel type. The booking results show the available vehicles and the final price for your selected dates. Prices include 24% VAT and unlimited mileage.
3. Review and confirm
Before confirming, review the final price, selected times, pickup location and any extras. Payment may be made in cash, by bank transfer or by accepted credit card, prior to or upon delivery. No credit card is required and no security deposit is requested, so no money is blocked on your card for a rental in Malia, Heraklion Airport or another available location in Crete.
Every rental includes Third Party Liability (TPL), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP). You can upgrade to Full Insurance with zero excess for extra peace of mind.
Young drivers: Drivers aged 18–21 can rent with a small daily young-driver fee. Full Insurance is not valid for this age group.
Driving licence: EU, USA, Canada and Australia licences are accepted. For other non-EU licences, carry a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the Vienna Convention (1968), or an official translation where required. You can send us a photo of your licence if you need confirmation before booking.
Useful before booking: cancellation and refund of any amount already paid are available with at least 72 hours’ notice before pickup. The rental includes 24-hour roadside assistance throughout Crete and the insurance cover described in the Rental Terms. If you need help, contact our team.
